The Parliament of the British Virgin Islands has approved a series of amendments to AML Regulations and Code of Practice. The Prime Minister of the BVI has pointed out in his message to the Parliament that the necessity to introduce amendments to the legislation is related to the requirements of international organizations, such as FATF, OECD, and the UK Government on improving the transparency of information.
